The Ducklings have had their church Welcome Service at the end of last term, as Father Chris welcomed the new Ducklings into the St Eansywthe's family. It was a lovely service filled with songs, poems, prayers and artwork. After the welcome from both Mrs Jacobs and Father Chris, the Year 5 children introduced their buddy and spoke about what they enjoyed doing together and some of the Ducklings were very brave and spoke about their buddy too. Then the children filled the church with their wonderful singing of 'You've Got A Friend In Me.' After this the children showcased their Buddy Artwork, before the Year 5 children shared their wishes and prayers for the new Ducklings. It is always such a lovely service and the children did so incredibly well. All of the staff were blown away by their behaviour and performance.
