Being Me - Emotions

In Year 3, our PSHE topic this term is 'Being Me'. Last week we looked at: 'What Makes Me, Me – Exploring Feelings and Emotions. We used the story 'Enzo's Egg' and talked through different social situations and how it might make us feel and why. It was interesting to notice that not everyone feels the same emotion in different situations. We then thought about how we can show our emotions so other people know how we feel, we used our faces and bodies to help show different emotions. Finally we thought about how our minds can link emotions to colours, so we created emotion colour mats as we spoke with our partners about what colours make us feel what emotions.
