Cookery Club

Last week cookery club put together some amazing fruit kebabs with pineapple, grapes, strawberries, melon and oranges. This week we have made cookies. We added sugar, butter and flour together and mixed it until it formed a stiff dough, then we rolled the dough in to a sausage shape ready to cut into rounds. Next we pushed them down with a fork and pushed chocolate chips in to them. Some of us rolled our dough in crushed cornflakes first to get a crispy cookie! Then they were baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
